I'm ~12% body fat, trying to get a little lower using OMAD (and even considering a longer fast).

How do I deal with the hunger pangs besides drinking more and more coffee?

Coffee kills my appetite for a few hours but the effects start wearing off due to caffeine tolerance buildup.

Regular diets where I eat all day don't work at my body fat level. Once I start eating, I don't want to stop until I'm stuffed.
