The point in the OP is asking if there is a regional sim card for SEA that can be used for data rather than always getting one when arriving in a new country. In SEA you may not always fly to new place or arrive at an hour that sim card place is open.
The question is, again, is there a sim card you can use between countries that last a fairly long time. This is because deactivating a esim like GoogleFi or Tmobile, you lose calls/text abilities and the inability to reactivate it abroad if outside the US for 90 days.
