My new SSD comes with a graphene heat spreader that's not installed by default. Should I put the heat sink on, then put thermal pads on? Or should I put thermal pads directly on the 3 chips only?
The bottom lid of the laptop has a copper sheet.
I'm worried that if I put the pads directly on the chips, it'll be a pain to get off next time I have to open the case up. Do the tiny chips near the middle need cooling too?
