The Algerian-Moroccan War begins as Moroccan armored forces cross the border and enter Algeria.
Relations between Morocco and Algeria have been marred by several crises since their independence, particularly the 1963 Sand War, the Western Sahara War of 1975–1991, the closing of the Algeria–Morocco border in 1994, an ongoing disagreement over the political status of Western Sahara and the signing of the Israel–Morocco normalization agreement (as part of the Abraham Accords) in 2020.
In August 2021, Algeria formally severed ties with Morocco. With the collapse of America and a financial crisis and pandemic plaguing the world, tensions have reached the point of no return. Yet another war begins.
In other news, Serbia annexed Kosovo following its invasion. Within weeks, Montenegro has left NATO out of frustration with NATO's failure to protect Kosovo.
As can be seen on the map, Libya, under Saif Gaddafi, invaded and annexed Tunisia.
The Taliban broke the agreement with the Afghan government and invaded, seizing Kabul and the surrounding area within weeks.
