Why not? Shadowbringers was basically an Iseki separate expansion story. It was amazing.
Why can't each expansion aspire to be as good as Shadowbringers?
If you're telling me that each expansion MSQ is going to be worse not better than Shadowbringers then you're telling me the peak of this game is long over and you're never going to try to reach that height again.
