What is there to bait? The first alpha was genuinely a lot better than 1.0. Skyraider's bomb can actually hurts heavies. Falcon actually takes skills and you can't just hold down the death spiral button and say I win. Panaka's shotgun actually hurts and is not a dps deadweight. You can panther drill a Tricera and force it to move.
Now you can't do that because every mech now has a designated role and designated counter/countered, and if you do anything but what you're supposed to be doing then you're throwing the game for everyone.
