Retarded advice. If you can't break parallel without falling over the problem is your ROM and flexibility and no gimmicks will ever let you safely squat. Don't even worry about squatting with the bar until you've trained enough to put your ass to the grass without tearing quads or falling over like a retard. You should be able to squat so deeply you could untie your shoes with a hard enough fart before you ever even try to use an unloaded bar.
