No iframes on the dodge. It's better to just keep moving at a steady pace since you'll move out of the way of melee attacks by the time they reach active frames, and projectile enemies never lead their shots.
The only things you really need to dodge are the first boss's roll and the second boss's leap-kick.

Like this one? There's usually a terminal two to hack in the room. Never seen a forcefield that was disabled any other way.
