well it only walks 6", in charges only goes 1"+1d6 (so never can charge even 7.1" away) and has WS4 so it hits on 5+ and enemies hit it on 3+ in melee. Sounds truly dogshit for 220 points. I don't know if shooting one is bad but it can't be worse than the melee one, BS4 at least hits on 3+ not 5+ and its horrible charge distance doesnt matter there at least.
