She’s got a whole team pampering her like she’s some misunderstood genius, but nothing’s changed. Still spooks at the starting bell. Still gets distracted by birds. Still trots like she’s waiting for a parade that never shows up.

She sees a “performance coach,” apparently. Not a good one, though—no progress, no strategy, just vibes and carrot cubes. At this point, Haru should really consider stepping away from the track altogether and figuring out who she even is. Because this “plucky underdog” thing? It’s tired. It was maybe charming once, but now it’s just kind of sad.
