>I usually prefer Japanese media in its original language too, but I've been used to localized Pokémon since forever, so this franchise is an exception.
Yeah, that makes sense. I've only recently started trying to increase my immersion with the OG JP (mainly due to having far too many localization issues pointed out to me) but a lot of localized names/content is still dear to my heart.
>I wouldn't like to call my husbando ____-sama since I want an equal relationship with him, but I'd use Matsubusa-kun in a teasing (but affectionate) manner every now and then.
Teasing him with -kun is super cute. My yume fantasies tend to have me as a TR member who's also fucking the boss, so the -sama is necessary since he's the one in charge.
>How would your husbando refer to you in Japanese?
In mastersex, he tends to refer to the player with "kimi," so I assume he'd use that most of the time, but I imagine as we get closer and he's less worried about maintaining a formal, business-y image with me, he might occasionally use "omae" jokingly or if I'm teasing and being a little shit. I feel like he would stick with "kimi/omae" most of the time, but then rarely during extremely intimate or emotionally fuelled moments, actually use my name (no honorifics). I can imagine a really cute "that's the first time you said my name" moment.
