Okay guys, I figured it out.
I know why I hate movie Sonic and I'm sorry I'm about ruining him for you.
It's because he's not written like Sonic.
He's written like Bubsy Bobcat.
And REBOOT Bubsy too. Take any line from that reboot cash grab game and it would fit over movie Sonic footage perfectly.
