something i do sometimes is chant ‘hem ish dai weh’ relatively quickly. i do this 108 times to help build some focus. i am not sure if this many is necessary and ive been thinking of ways of diversifying chants by incorporating more names

if we get more philosophical though we can see another point of distinction here. when plato talks about ‘eidos’ there are different ways to translate this idea. the typical way of doing this would be “form”. another way might be idea. in both of these notions, form seem very metaphysically substantial entities. the ontology here is one of idealism, and indeed the essence of the hidweh project is consonant with objective idealism (a la schelling and goethe) in many ways. there is however another way of translating ‘eidos’ though and this is as “blueprint” or “paradigm”. eric pearl talks about this
