To adjust my meds I would have to get re-referred to a psych which in my region would prolly take years
I forked out over £1000 last year to see a private psych; honestly she was useless and no med regime agreed with me, so I stopped taking them
I'm probably BPD desu not bipolar, hence the meds are useless for me

M, I hate sports and think they're a colossal waste of time and resources. I used to be on a swimming and rowing team though in highschool, and also played tennis and cricket (met my highschool gf at a tennis club)
