1.Tayuya's chakra was already considerably drained from her intense battle, 2. Temari's jutsu is a hard counter for her and a lucky hit broke her flute, 3. Tayuya didn't get a chance to summon her 3 giant boy toys which possibly actually could beat Temari. I estimate Tayuya was at about 30% strength left when a fully fresh 100% Temari shows up.
