Morgan mod works fine with Jas mod. Almost as if the two were made with each other in mind.

The sauna you speak of must be the one from Ashley + Spooky mod. When you befriend Ashley enough, she opens up a sauna in her mansion and it works like the spa, restoring your energy.
A good handful of loli mods have a little optional integration with the sauna, where they enter the sauna on Wednesdays in a group.
There's just slight oversight at the moment, like here Morgan refers to Jas being woozy from heat, but Jas is not there because her mod has (I think) currently disabled the sauna interraction to be refined in a future update, but the other separate mods have not taken that to an account.

Also, the sauna has the lolis be naked if their hearts are maxed at 8, hence the black boxes I had to plaster here.
