There's zero reason for the villagers to hate Joja (other than littering and other possible shady practices) in the Joja route, considering they're responsible for many tangible benefits like the bus repair and the theater. Blacksmithing doesn't really burn fat, it just builds muscle, mostly on the arms and shoulders. Strongfat build with a barrel chest is a classic blacksmith bod. Clint could easily have a gut, but have arms like tree trunks.

Clint looks more like a soi hipster that never did any physical labor in life than an actual blacksmith who carries heavy weights around and hammers stuff all day in front of a furnace.

His features in the portrait are too soft and round, he doesn't look manly. Of the older adult males, only Kent has a more rugged, masculine face. Gus and Pierre look ok, but even Willy, despite being a seasoned sailor, looks delicate and soft in spite of the beard. It's just how CA designs characters.

Eh Clint is actually pretty accurate for modern day blacksmiths, there's this blacksmith competition show that aired on TV and it had a lot of people that were fat or out of shape, while others were more like lanky twigs that didn't look too masculine at all, and of course they also had women sometimes (and everytime during their little interviews the girl always has to go on about how she's just as good as any misogynist male blacksmith.) Existing characters all have pretty packed dialogue for days of the week and heart levels already, and in most cases they only talk about the characters they have schedules for interacting with. Adding anything means likely having to overwrite existing content.

Prismatic slime is just a normal slime that changes color like an acid trip. It just randomly spawns in place of a normal slime.

Better to just go back to regular mine and spam elevator floors until one spawns.
Cycle through 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and so on and go back to floor 0 by elevator or ladder up to reset.
Alternatively, pick whichever floor you find most "optimal", like having sight on big floor and most enemies and spam that, cycling between it and 0.

Beach is my favorite. Tons of space, looks beautiful, and keeps me from sprinklermaxxing. I also love Riverlands for how the islands segment the farm.
My least favorite is Four Corners (unless playing multiplayer) because everything is too rectangular. I also dislike Hilltop because the river and cliffs eat up so much space without looking nice.

Actually I planted all of those trees except for the pines in the south-western corner. Here's what the farm looked like in last winter. I barely cut trees in the first 2 years, but I was wasting too much time and needed lots of wood to start advancing the game for real so I chopped everything down and planted back.

At first when I began playing the game I was gonna clear everything but I liked the forest and wilderness feel so much that I decided to only clear space I was going to use and leave everything else with lots of trees and some debris around as well. That's why I left that space in front of the house and around it with trees.

I like using the ones the game gives me for free but making more costs too many resources for what you can expect to gain from them. Freshwater pots are an okay source of refined quartz and fish for crafting Quality Fertilizer but the latter isn't really viable until year 2, and the Beach is a pretty far walk just to harvest some lobsters and trash. Speccing into crab pots instead of angler comes at way too steep an opportunity cost.

A smoked Catfish is 1200g, or 12 crab pots. Even Largemouth Bass, which you can catch year-round regardless of weather, are equivalent to 6 crab pots. Sprinklers are king. Sprinklermax. Create as many as you can. Preferably Quality Sprinklers, iron is in the snow/ice floors of the mine. Gold on the volcano layer below that. Refined Quartz by putting quartz/fire quartz in a furnace. See if you can prepare 120 sprinkler spaces (Some Combination of either 30 regular or 15 quality) for Fall and place either 120 Pumpkins or Cranberries. Cranberries can be sold immediately, Pumpkins should be processed in either a preserving vat or keg.
Generally speaking farming isn't worth it until you've fished and mined enough until you have infinity sprinklers which if you're good, should be easy to have obtained on Summer 1. Spring farming is particularly worthless in general.

What the Stardew Squad author did is just THAT bizarre. Basically you have to create a separate content pack (keep in mind that almost all frameworks in 1.6 have abandoned the "create a separate mod just for this" format) with only i18n files, which contain specific dialogue keys like "dialogue.watering.generic.Farm.day.1" you fill in for the mod to use. Hopefully the author will realize this is completely dumb.

Yes, I'm actually just starting with it, my idea was to ask for the mod as a commission since I have no knowledge, however I don't know who to ask for the commission, so I asked for support from a mod creator and in a chat he gave me a tool to do it and gave me advice to start, so I got to work and at the moment I'm starting with the sprites, then with the portraits and once the aforementioned is ready, start with the idea of how to add it to the game and that it can coexist with the other mods like Mado, Ashley and spooky, etc ... Nah, I'm using Aseprite, which gave me some tips on how to get started, so right now I'm just using the sprites of other small NPCs as a guide.

Regarding the commissions, I can understand why some people might not want them. Personally, I wouldn't mind the price of the mod, as long as it's efficient and meets my minimum requirements.

Over time, I'll do a better job, adding more content, events, and more. Once I get the hang of it and know how to code more, for now I'm working on the theory, the concept, and the planning.
It will take a while, but better late than never :D
