Cypher goes so far beyond ridiculous he wraps back around to being really cool again. It's bullshit you can't take him in Imperial armies anymore. Also his datasheet is one of the funniest in the game. His melee weapons are just his pistols because he does gun karate. Also the old model mogs the new one. The sprinting max payne double pistols is hilarious and fun.
