The preview cg is actually portraying Miori and Suzune (noticeable due to the hair decoration on her hair)
Personally I also wouldn't be sure if it isn't a cg scene from the last stages of Miori's route, due to the expression that she makes.
Basically we might get something similar to Toriko no Urara were multiple girls are involved in some of the bad ending's.
Which is something that I like, since it makes the villains actions more "realistic", since I don't understand why the villains in some older Toriko titles spare the other girls, when the one they made a "promise" with already got "broken" by them.
