Oh no, Miracles can explicitly revive the actually-dead. Since there is ZERO detail on how magic/alchemy really works I imagine for my near-immortalised body it was like an ORT situation where the dead cells of an imperfectly-immortal body suddenly shut down in clinical death, but then the miracle kicked in and restored everything to actual immortality.

That he has the sword at all is interesting in it's own right. The struggle with Levi very, very clearly showed he's not anywhere near Lucifer's level but at the same time it's been shown the only non-Lucifer demon lords who can manifest angelic stuff are those who got their hands on pieces of angels? So either Satan has a vivisected angel in storage or there's something else going on.

Not actually sure myself. Lucifer specifically says he was the highest of the angels (and yeah, this is LUCIFER saying it) and the power to manifest miracles like Mr. Priest can doesn't seem to be common to all angels because, well, if it was Mr. Priest would've probably won his first fight with Beelzebub back in the day.
