back in the day people used to fill the third slot in legend meet with nice nature stacking as many debuffs as possible. She still needs to clear URA and get enough skill points to actually learn the skills.

there's been others since but most debuffs have always been shady at best and as stamina gets easier to get draining debuffs become less useful
