The ones highlighted here are ones with unique movesets in the base game, and even then it gave Camilla's moveset to Minerva.
I'm counting Ryoma out because Owain was on-disc dlc. They absolutely cut him before launch. Same reason I'm counting Lyn out, she legit is only there because she's a Navarre clone.
In the base game, you're either a sword clone, a pegasus lance clone, or one of these guys.
