200 years, give or take a few decades depending on the individual, but they don't suffer from age or age visibly beyond a late 20s physical look and abilities until very near the end of their lives.
This still means they live more than double as long as a human and would easily be around for generations of humans, but they could still have a somewhat normal society that doesn't get completely ossified because nobody ever dies and they can follow a human development curve so young elves are a viable player option.
