No they're all mostly friends. Aglaea and Anaxa have a complicated relationship and Cipher was avoiding having anything to do with Aglaea (FOR VERY GOOD REASONS) but other than that they're all comrades in their flame-chasing journey.

Elysia isn't a flamechaser btw, she was thought dead since the very beginning and established as dead so her being confirmed as alive is a surprise to the characters but not to the player.
