Unironically the biggest reason Youtube was amazing is because everything could be uploaded to it, it's a one stop shop for videohosting. So if you want alternatives you will need alternativeS, one won't just do, and even if there is another "all in one" video site they will then over time they will become the next YouTube complete with all the flaws and extra baggage that come with it.
