I only watched a bit of sonic X when I was a kid. I haven't seen much of the JP original dub besides the compilations of Sonic literally swearing in english which is funny but, was the kid actually originally named Chris Thorndyke in japanese too? I am kinda shocked that they kept that name, especially when is a 4kids dub and everything
