They said nothing about continuous expansion of the roster, just that it would launch without having everything in Home available to use in it. If I had to guess, it'll work on rotation, keyed to the line-up in the latest games (to facilitate normalfags editing their shitters into hotshots for pvp) with reg sets for small periods of time before switching regs like in the core games. Champions will have Megas and Terastralisation at launch kid. It's also clearly going to have a rotating list of available pokémon and a rotating list of gimmicks given they made mention of not all pokémon able to be deposited in Home will be allowed to be withdrawn in Champions).
You really should pay better attention, TPC aren't going to shit on their fucking owners by having "everything".
