Read Allen Carr, The Easy Way to Control Alcohol. That book got me off the booze. That was after his book The Easy Way to Stop Smoking. I didn't have much faith initially, but they worked very well. My brother and my mother both quit smoking using his book so I decided to give it a try, first the smoking one, then the drinking one.
