I said it before but I imagine Tenna having a vintage mecha body, like the RX-78-2 which is chunky but not straight up fat. I wish more tennafags watched classic mecha shows to understand the vision. Mobile Suit Gundam 0079 is really good don't let the animation style turn you off-
