Tbdesu, I don't like that it's a joke scene with no resolution, but it's a joke about how Tenna doesn't actually want what he thought he wanted. But this happens before the end of the chapter, at this point Tenna is still stuck in the past being unable to accept change.
From ch4 onwards, he is trying to move on and he'd have come to terms with the past. Getting back together with Spamton would be akin to starting a new relationship. So he's gonna have a set amount of expectations like that his partner showers everyday and cleans his dick cheese off.

Kris and Noelle start out estranged but there's plenty of evidence to see how much Noelle did value her friendship with Kris and how much of her dialogue in the closet scene may have been bullshit.
Susie and Noelle have no drama and no intrigue, there's no broken relationship to repair, neither are fueling the other's growth as characters and their antics aren't particularly funny nor does the level of drama on the horizon seem as heartbreaking as Susie having to question her relationship with Kris.

Frisk's personality changes pretty drastically depending on your decisions. This could possibly be because they're younger and haven't developed morals or empathy, or maybe they're naturally inclined to kill people and only decide against it when you force them to spare people.
