Currently I've been using the cold compress thing they gave me religiously, that seems to keep the swelling down somewhat, also been taking alot of baths and that typically loosens it up as well

My dr originally wanted me to wear this gay ass brace 24/7 locked outi, but my swelling was so bad that he told me to leave it off due my leg kinda swelling around it
