Sure I'll give you an easy one. Yusuke is a completely dead party member. He gets mogged unbelievably hard by Ryuji as the party's physical attacker because he never learns Charge. He rides the bench late game every single run regardless of the player and his baton pass gimmick is useless against all the bosses so he rides the bench for most of the key fights in the game too for the few people who do choose to stick with him. He's barely important to the story after his own scenario which is by far the least consequential one in the game.

Strong case for the worst party member of the entire series.
