If I was dictator of America I would enact prison reform. I would make sentences less, no one gets mote than 10 years in prison. In Norway no one gets past 20 years in prison. lesser offenses get you a maximum of 3 years in prison. Murder gets you a maximum of 7 years in prison if you don't immediately get the death penalty(firing squad standing up.) If you keep reoffending you will be charged with defiance and be put to death. In prison there will be a reward system. If you obey the state and warden you will be rewarded. The highest reward in prison will lviing in a Norway like prison system where you can have TVs, video games, receive subsidized education, get quality food and drinks(no alcohol though,) you can meet with your girlfriend or wife for sex in a dedicated love room in the prison to relieve yourself of sexual stress(prevents male on male prison rape,) you get to leave the prison with an ankle bracelet but you to return by a certain hour unless something bad happened then you are exonerated from punishment. The highest form of punishment is severe, the COs and guards are allowed to beat and torture you until you obey. And you will be locked in a dark dungeon with no lights and you will be fed only mush and minerals enough to keep you alive. The prison system will be more strict and run by the guards rather than the inmates like prisons in Japan. Obedience to what is good and discipline will be taught in the prisons. Thoughts?
