Do missions so you can upgrade your cafe, and so you can level up. Its double account EXP coming up soon which means it'll temporarily be very easy for newfags to level up, that's the biggest thing you need to take advantage of.

At all times in this game there's always a x2 or x3 thing going on with either normal missions, hard missions, bounties, or lessons. You should be doing whichever one gives you the double bonus at the moment. Always think about what gives you the most benefit at the moment

Big thing early on is just increasing your level, once you get your level up the rest gets easier. There's double EXP weeks coming up since we're about to enter Bluefest, take advantage of it when it happens since its rare.
You can buy energy drinks from the game shop using PvP coins to give yourself more stamina. You can reset the shop three times a day to keep buying more energy drinks, IF you have enough raid coins
