Not directly. Base Airi was so ASS, even the devs forgot about her, but she interacted in weird ways with two bosses.
First, had a attack speed debuff in her normal, attack speed actually affects all animations and essentially she slowed down Binah enough to let you easily skip his missiles. The devs, made Torment Binah (or Insane) inmune to attack speed debuffs.
Second, Shiro Kuro Insane+ deals bonus damage to slowed down targets, ANY target. You could slow down Kuro with her EX, make her hit herself with a cart, and nuke her. The next time SRKR came around, they kept the interaction but nerfed the bonus damage Kuro dealt to herself.
