I own a medium and a large and I would not recommend them unless you're regularly going beyond the 2nd sphincter and even then they have trouble staying in if you stand up.
It tickles the imagination the right way when you look at a photo but in reality it sucks as a plug. The plug "handle" does make it more convenient to manually use as a dildo compared to one with a flared base, however.
