Didn't know Saturnine has tiny Leviathan glacis hidden under the pads, complete with the screw heads and all. Also, I think the thing looks way better without the pads. Also, also, what are the chances that cylinder with a nub on it on the back is going to be used for something? Like mounting a 3rd gun or a banner?
