If i understand it right, people are pissed off that MGE doesn't support things like two man one woman, beastiality, futanari or cuck fetish and it blast their asses into orbit. Kenkou Cross also dmca's any fanart that includes such stuffs.
I don't necessary have any issues with any of mentioned fetish aside of having disinterest. They could also just move to another monster girl universe like monster musume could support any of their fetish. But they are dead set to try and include it into MGE too for whatever reason.
