I’d stick with Hyrule being several times larger than Earth, and you could say the whole planet is about the size of Jupter. As for realms, what I went with is the first two realms can stay on the world, and when you reach the third stage you aren’t leaving reality because it can’t handle you, but because you’re off to go become a reality yourself. You can still send avatars of course, but when you’re an infinitely expanding multiverse you may find it hard to relate to something as small as a human.
