0 thought put on balance sure, but MvC2's system mechanics were genuinely innovative. Every tag game that came after it took notes from its elegant simplicity and stapled on or rearranged ideas from it; Marvel Tokon is the first game I've seen really try to deviate and to be blunt some of it feels like change for the sake of change. Infinite isn't as innovative as people like to say; it didn't invent Active Tag and it's not even the best implementation of it.
