Nah, the more cartoony plots with slapstick being more common feels like Looney Tunes to me, the wacky animation helps further the feel even more. They’ve even had some episodes where they experimented with focusing on certain characters, BassWard is like the only episode where SpongeBob dosen't appear once, they’ve even made some episodes focusing on their newer side characters like Rube.
Granted you can also see the Ren & Stimpy influence just as much as the Looney Tunes influence
