>Used Gigabyte RTX 4070 Ti Super 16Gb (with tests)
>New ASUS Prime RTX 5070 12Gb
The price is same. What should I get? 4070 Ti Super has a bit more memory and performance, as well as PhysX & CUDA 32bit support for older games. The seller is selling his gamer setup and still has year of warranty for it. So probably not a miner card.
5070 has less ram, but is more recent and maybe that MFG stuff is going somewhere when it matures.
NVIDIA only begrudgingly rolled out that driver-level FG technology onto 4000 series, after much stink. It seems like only latest series would benefit from newer technology like perhaps that neural texture compression stuff that reduces VRAM use by 90%.
5070 is also a bit less power-hungry.
