What determines the charge rate of hexbounds?
Some will take eons to fill their bar, standing right next to them, patiently waiting for us to clear an entire horde, three bosses and then have only half charge by the time we finally decide to slap them.
Meanwhile others will fill their summoning charge so fast that it's already at 75% in the short amount of time it takes to walk to them from across the room
