Anybody who's actually worked with these types of things knows that they're gonna have to pay a full-time engineering technician to be constantly fixing and calibrating the fucking thing. Are they just not gonna serve customers for 2-3 hours during the lunch rush every other day while the thing's being fixed and calibrated?
