I'm sorry my friend, but you missed the explanation apparently. You can repeat prayers if they have meaning behind them. There is a minister on youtube called Whitfield Harrington who seems to be quite the spiritual warfare warrior, and he has a few videos where he shares his testimony of repeating certain prayers with successful results such as repeating the Lord's Prayer.
