It's not it's just really hardcore ecchi, it was on PSP and Vita in Japan but the game was banned/censored in the west because of CGs like >>530466049 so the second and third are only available uncensored on Johren. It is an eroge spinoff but the content itself isn't too different from the stuff you see in To Love Ru.
