Then you also have his sisters, who he probably has the most pure and sexual love for in the world, both also reserving themselves for him. The reason Araragi doesn't have an outright harem, is because Nisio thought it'd be boring and grow old fast. He has a girlfriend so the other relationships aren't ruined by marriage speculation. Not that this is any downside to Hitagi's character, as it is what makes her so unique and stand out.
