why does it take so fucking long to play manually? like everything loads so slowly

>wait 1 sec for it to compute the skills available
>press skill
>2 seconds for it to load the range and on who you can cast the skill on
>press the skill on an enemy
>another second for it to load the damage it will deal
>finally press the ability
>the game freezes for a few seconds before the character shoots the enemy
am I the only one where it's like this? I wish it was more snappy and faster so It wouldn't feel like such a slog playing manually
