I'd say Kaladin arc and Dalinar's arc colliding in the end of the book is one of my favorite catharsis moments in the fantasy. Individually they are also pretty good.
Shallan is just a miss in every book, dude just cant write teenager females and not make them annoying.
It also has pretty good classic fantasy vibe to it, probably because Sanderson was still in his "Fit into Robert Jordan's shoes" mindset after finishing WoT.
As the years have passed that mindset slowly faded away and each new book was losing that classic fantasy vibe, untill it got completely replaced by Reddit Young Adult style in the last couple books.
Sad.
