It's basically just an Australian style swag with an extra flap. The sleeping bag, ground sheet, and sleeping pad all roll into it. You can throw more shit in there like an inflatable pillow and sleeping bag liners, a change of clothes etc. The main benefit is quick setup/takedown. The price you pay is the huge bulk, hope you have big saddlebags.
